Begin a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student health in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time role runs throughout the 2026-2027 academic year and follows the school schedule, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week. You’ll play a vital role in the well-being of a student who has complex medical needs, serving as their dedicated one-to-one nurse both on the bus and during school hours.

Essential qualifications:

  • Current Washington State LPN license/certification
  • Must be fingerprinted through the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
  • Prior experience with tracheostomy care and complex medical procedures is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a school team
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations, especially those with significant healthcare needs
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic, student-focused environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, individualized nursing care for a student with a tracheostomy and additional medical requirements
