Role Overview

As a Hospice RN at VitalCaring, you are more than a nurse - you are the clinical leader, advocate, and steady guide for your patients and their families.

What You’ll Do

Lead Patient-Centered Hospice Care

• Conduct comprehensive patient and family assessments

What You Bring

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Basic EMR proficiency

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The MDS Consultant will support quality care and fiscal responsibility through comprehensive MDS training and support services for assigned region. You will be responsible for the training and program review of MDS Services in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws and governing entity regulations.
