How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-quality, adaptable nursing care across diverse, fast-paced environments including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Headache units, with a proven ability to rapidly integrate into diverse specialty care settings.

• Assess, implement, and monitor comprehensive patient care plans, meticulously tracking and communicating critical shifts in patient condition to ensure timely interventions and absolute accuracy in executing physician orders.

• Serve as the central care coordinator across multidisciplinary healthcare teams, seamlessly managing patient needs and cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes and continuity of care in high-acuity environments.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Three years medical surgical or telemetry RN experience.
