Core Responsibilities:

  • Participate in evaluation and implementation of IEP/504 Plans related to medical needs
  • Maintain up-to-date health logs and required records in accordance with district and state regulations
  • Collect, compile, and report health data to state and school district authorities (including ISBE)
  • Promote safety and healthy practices within the school environment
  • Serve as a health resource for school personnel and families

Schedule & Setting:

  • Full-time contract, 37.5 hours per week (7:45 AM 3:30 PM), across two schools
