Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Short Stay RN to join our dynamic team in the Surgical Services department.

As a Short Stay RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgical procedures or awaiting inpatient admission. This unit typically supports patients requiring observation or short-term post-operative care. The RN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

What you'll need:

  • Current Washington State RN license in good standing required
  • Current AHA BLS required
  • ACLS required within 30 days of employment
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Specialty areas may require additional experience, certifications, and licenses
    • One(1) year of pre/post op preferred
    • One (1) year of PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred

Schedule: Full Time, 1.0FTE ; 4 10-hour shifts/week; Day Shift (0900-1930); no weekends!
