Job details: - Work in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit - Fast-paced, high-volume environment handling 60-65 cases per day - Siloed unit that manages all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services - Operates 7 rooms, managing cases neck-down with some light neuro overflow such as thyroid biopsies - Uses Siemens Artis icono, Artis Q, and Artis zee systems (single-plane, no biplane functionality) - Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday with a rotating day off - No weekend requirements - On-call required as needed - May float to Cambridge IR Requirements: - Active KS or compact RN license required - ARRT Radiography certification required in hand - Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license required (may start with pending KS license after offer) - AHA BLS certification required - Minimum 2 years of IR and scrub experience required - 3+ years of IR experience, large hospital experience, and peripheral/neurovascular experience preferred Additional information: - Facility is nicotine-free - New graduates will not be considered for this position - Orientation held every Monday and Tuesday, with additional nursing orientation Wednesday through Friday on a bi-weekly basis - Credentials due one week prior to start date (Monday) - Local and travel candidates accepted at the same bill rate - Holidays are not required; if a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, holiday pay hours will be deducted from the subsequent pay period
