This contract opportunity offers flexibility, with the potential for either a part-time schedule (22.5 hours weekly) or a full-time, extended schedule (30 hours per week), serving students with complex medical needs in an itinerant capacity. Youll provide essential one-on-one care to medically fragile students, rotating between campuses and working closely with both staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials required
Strong background in school nursing, with previous experience supporting students in educational settings
Expertise in managing gastronomy and bladder care, diabetes management (CGM, carb counting), and response to hypo/hyperglycemia
Ability to administer medications, including EpiPens and Benadryl, and experience with ASD/developmental delays
Comfortable working with students ages 4 to 22 years with diverse health needs
Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset, though not required
Reliable transportation for itinerant travel between campuses
