Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 1:1 school nursing position in Montrose, PA, supporting a medically fragile student for the current school year.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support throughout the school day.
Support a student who uses a wheelchair and requires a G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator.
Monitor the student's medical needs and ensure safety throughout the school day.
Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
Assist with transportation support when needed.

Schedule:

Regular school day: 8:00 AM2:30 PM
With transportation: Approximately 7:15 AM3:15 PM
Transportation experience or willingness to assist is a major plus!

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
Pediatric or medically fragile nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication and commitment to student safety.
