Essential Job Function:

Assists in the assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental health status.
Provides direct patient care, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures.
Documents patient information accurately and maintains up-to-date medical records.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitors and reports changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Rising senior in college actively enrolled and in an approved school of Nursing.
