About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and patient-centered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. As a key member of our healthcare team, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
