As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to our resident population, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction

  • Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings to family members and healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs

  • Participate in routine quality assurance and quality improvement activities to ensure high standards of care

  • Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff as needed

  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

  • Participate in on-call shifts as required
