We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor (3-11) to join our team at Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor (3-11), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, managing a team of skilled nurses, and providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans, manage patient flow, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Ensure continuity of care by communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and facility logs
Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy, social work, and dietary, to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
