We are seeking a compassionate LPN to provide essential care at a dedicated special education school for students ages K-21 with severe disabilities and medically fragile conditions. This contract position is available immediately and runs through late May of 2027.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold current LPN/LVN licensure
  • Prior work in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Direct experience handling G-tube feeds
  • Comfortable with using Hoyer lifts and performing diapering for multiple students
  • Skilled at managing daily medications and seizure protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily healthcare support to students with severe disabilities

  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including seizure management
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student well-being
  • Maintain accurate health records and follow school policies
