Job Description Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day operations of all office Clinics and for working collaboratively with physicians and for directing patient flow. Responsible for evaluating performance of personnel working in the Clinic and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership.

The position reflects responsibility for the day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics and office-based testing with a strong emphasis on collaborating closely with physicians and supporting efficient patient flow throughout the care setting. It includes supervising a physician-assigned patient caseload, providing patient education, and supporting ongoing patient management through follow-up for laboratory testing, diagnostic procedures, and routine office visits. The role also functions as a key liaison between patients and physicians by gathering, organizing, and communicating relevant clinical information in a clear and structured manner to support informed decision-making. In addition, it involves managing and triaging a high volume of patients, resolving issues as appropriate, and ensuring timely communication with the necessary care team members. It may also include oversight of processes specific service line diagnostic testing and medication management.

The position leads and supports clinical associates in daily operations while promoting quality and safety, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.  This role assists the manager with team leadership, staff development, and operational execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

No Degree or Diploma (Required)RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Additional Job Description:

Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state. Basic computer skills 2 3 years. Experience working is a physician office.
