  • Strong ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies
  • Compassionate, proactive, and reliable with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ride the morning school bus with students from 6:15 AM (pick-up at Virginia Barton Education Center) to approximately 7:45 AM, totaling roughly 7.5 hours per week
  • Provide attentive care and monitoring for students with chronic illnesses, seizure disorders, g-tubes, and respiratory needs
  • Respond promptly to medical situations, administering medications or interventions as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate consistently with the education and nursing team
  • Foster a safe, supportive atmosphere for all students during transportation
