Qualifications & Experience Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in California Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse backgrounds Current CPR and First Aid certifications Up-to-date immunizations and background check clearance Primary Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments during the school day Monitor student health status; identify and respond to medical needs and emergencies Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators in supporting students' individualized health plans Provide health education and wellness promotion to students and staff Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality Support students with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, asthma, and allergies Participate in health screenings and contribute to IEP/504 meetings as needed Take advantage of a rewarding contract position where your clinical skills will directly impact students lives.
