Delivering excellent care to existing and new clients 2. Serving as a team lead of weekday and weekend focused Caregivers including training, scheduling, and caregiving as needed to meet the needs of the clients. 3. Represent the company with clients to facilitate introductions, stay up to date to ensure expectations are being met. 4. Assist with managing the weekly client schedule to execute all scheduled Care Plans including personally filling in for any Caregiver shifts if there are any schedule gaps. Be knowledgeable of Home Matters Caregiving Policies and Procedures. Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects. Be well versed in the Employee Handbook and be able to refer to it. Refer any urgent client or staff issues to responsible manager for follow-up. Part of on-call rotation.
