We need a caregiver who understands that fall prevention requires constant awareness, close supervision, careful assistance, and proactive safety measures throughout the entire shift. The selected caregiver must be available to work all three scheduled days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Consistent attendance is essential because the client depends on a stable routine and familiar caregivers. The client also has a small dog in the home.
