Job Summary This role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Acts as a liaison with other departments and advocates for patients with a positive customer service approach. -Collect blood, tissue, or other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing. -Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean and supplies stocked. -Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
