Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Gig Certified Medical Office Assistant Care Guide is responsible for registering, collecting payments, rooming, assisting the provider with care and treatment, discharging, and following up with patients. Similar to a gig model , the Care Guide will be able to control flexibility of preferred shifts/locations and create a schedule that works for them.
