As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Take and record vital signs, reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies. Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards. Qualifications: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri. Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team. Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.
