Assisting with the use of devices such as a wheelchair or walker Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises Measuring intake and output of fluids Measuring temperature, pulse, respiration or blood pressure. Keeping records of personal health care activities. Observing appearance and gross behavioral changes in the patient and reporting to the RN.
