Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living. Responsibilities-- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals. Essential Functions : Actively participates in administering patient care and ensures a safe and comforting environment Responds to patients’ needs in a timely manner Assists patients with ADL’s, including meals, bathing, and hygiene needs Demonstrates ability to perform 12 lead EKG. Qualifications Nursing Assistant: Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred. Completion of CNA Program, Medical Assistant Program, PCA or similar program preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current BLS certification required. Basic EKG skills required within six months of employment. Experience : Six (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred. Patient Care Partner: Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred. Completion of AUA Program. Licensure/Certification: Current BLS certification required. Basic EKG skills required within six months of employment. Completion of AUA Certification Program with successful completion of test and licensed with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Experience: Six (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.
