JOB SUMMARY: The Nursing Assistant must have the skill and knowledge to provide population specific care. Documentation in the EMR that are accurate and detailed if needed. 5. Provide clean environment care (straightening up rooms, emptying drains). 6. Provide protection of medical record and maintain HIPPA compliance. 7. Fill out incent reports as needed for actual events and near misses. 8. Other duties as assigned.
