Maintain current knowledge of Joint Commission Standards (TJC), American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) standards, and all state and federal regulations and evaluate/assure compliance. Provide administrative and functional supervision over CRNA staff. Professionally assist the Chief CRNA in the supervision and management of the CRNAs, assist with daily workforce supervision and direction, as delegated. Provide functional and administrative oversight to the CRNA charge in addition to supporting the CRNA charge function.
