The Ambulatory Oncology Evaluation and Treatment Center (OETC) is designed to treat and support cancer patients experiencing acute symptoms and toxicities related to their treatment and keep them out of the Emergency Department and hospital. As part of safely managing our patients, during the peak of the pandemic, we quickly renovated space and stood up a second Urgent Care BIO Clinic (negative pressure) for testing and treating COVID positive oncology patients for urgent care needs or to continue their planned chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions.
