Review Medication Administration Records (MARs) to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist with medication inventory, storage, and ordering while maintaining proper security and accountability for medications, including controlled substances. Communicate effectively with licensed nurses, physicians, pharmacy staff, residents, and family members regarding medication-related concerns. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed and provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Maintain compliance with infection prevention, HIPAA, and all federal, state, and facility regulations. Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership. Qualifications Current North Carolina Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required. Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing preferred. Current CPR certification required. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
