Clinical Unit Leader – St. Charles Hospital Job Summary: The Lead RN/Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinating patient care on a designated unit. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, this role uses nursing process and clinical knowledge to coordinate members of the health care team to develop and sustain an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources.
