Caregiver may not discuss scheduling, coverage, or internal staffing matters directly with the client or family. All scheduling communication must go through the Helping Hearts office. Caregiver must present professionally for each shift, including wearing dark navy blue scrubs , solid dark closed-toe shoes, and keeping long hair pulled back or tied up so it does not interfere with client care.
