Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Staff Nurse position is to provide direct patient care, perform nursing procedures, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diagnostic and interventional cardiology patients in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting as observed by the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager, and patient/family feedback unless otherwise noted. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Plans, implements and evaluates individualized care based on patient assessment, medical plan of care and the age and/or thedevelopmental stages of the patient. Performs nursing procedures and clinical tasks specific to diagnostic and interventional cardiology patients. Provides direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Maintains accurate and legible progress note documentation in SOAP format and adheres to formulary guidelines. Responds to emergencies and makes logical decisions regarding non-formulary drugs or off-site referrals. Supports existing policies and procedures for admission, transfer, and specialty consultant referrals. Maintains confidentiality and provides input into facility committees as requested. Qualifications & Requirements Education A graduate of an accredited school of nursing An advanced degree in an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Experience Prior medical/surgical and/or emergency/trauma experience and corrections experience is preferred. Must have the patience and tact to deal with the inmate patient population and ability to work effectively in the corrections environment. Scheduling flexibility is also required to be able to rotate hours and shifts, if needed, and to be called during emergency situations to provide coverage. Licenses/Certifications Must have and maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within the state of employment. Must have and maintain current CPR certification. Overview About the Role The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced clinical leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the assigned practice, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations. Staff Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging

Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Critical Care Transport Team (CCTT) Staff Nurse is to safely move patients requiring PCU or ICU level of care within the University Hospital and Rutgers campus. The CCTT RN prioritizes transport requests based on acuity and workload logistics. The CCTT RN will utilize the Acuity Checklist for Critical Care Transport form to determine who will accompany the patient during transport and what equipment will be needed. The CCTT RN will require a thorough and complete SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment and Recommendation) report, in person, from the primary care PCU/ICU RN managing the patient. The CCTT RN will complete their tasks with compassionate consideration of the patient’s requests and those of their family. The CCTT RN will utilize the Inter Transport Patient Data Form to chart the appropriate data as it applies to the individual patient’s circumstances. The CCTT Nurse takes immediate action in emergency situations and responds to patient needs during transport. Upon arrival, the CCTT RN will give a complete and thorough SBAR report to the receiving RN and will assist in the safe transfer of care. All transfers will be conducted with emphasis on preventing skin breakdown and the secure positioning of lines, tubes, and drains. The Professional Registered Nurse is a member of a designated care team and collaborates, coordinates and guides team members in the plan of transfer and safe transportation of their patient. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Overview Position Overview Legacy Health offers an exciting growth opportunity to join a well-established team of collaborative and energetic Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs). This role provides the opportunity to practice across both Level III and Level IV NICU settings within the Legacy system. NNPs are integral to delivery attendance and the medical management of high-risk neonates and infants, including daily rounding on NNP service patients. In addition to clinical care, the role includes telemedicine resuscitation coverage for Legacy Level I nursery sites and opportunities to contribute to non-clinical initiatives that support the highest standards of care for NICU patients and their families. Level IV NICU – Randall Children’s Hospital The Level IV, 45-bed NICU is located within Randall Children’s Hospital, a freestanding, nine-story pediatric facility. This unit provides comprehensive care supported by a full range of pediatric subspecialties, including cardiac and neurosurgical services, genetics, and ECMO. Care is delivered within a family-integrated model, supported by a dedicated pediatric transport team. Notably, this role does not require transport responsibilities. Level III NICU – Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center The Level III, 22-bed NICU at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is a growing unit actively expanding its NNP team. Scheduling is flexible and evolving, with 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shift options available to support work-life balance and team coverage. Scheduling & Practice Model This position is based in the Portland/Vancouver area and requires dual licensure in Oregon and Washington. NNPs rotate between both NICU sites, with frequency tailored to individual preferences while ensuring 24/7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A well-established self-scheduling model and structured holiday tracks contribute to provider satisfaction and balance.
