Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated RN to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) and Infection Control Nurse. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) Duties Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in daily clinical operations and overall management of the nursing team. Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance, training, and support in clinical practices and resident care. Provide leadership in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating quality assurance initiatives. Serve as acting DNS in the absence of the DNS to ensure continuity of care and leadership. Qualifications : Current, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut.
