A caregiver in this role works days from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with rotating weekend requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Assist nursing caregivers, promote patient comfort and carry out nursing orders. Transport patients by wheelchair, bed or stretcher from the department/unit.
