Job Summary The Unit Manger is responsible for overseeing and coordinating resident care services within the skilled nursing facility. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN or LPN). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing, with prior leadership experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: Active RN or LPN license (if applicable) in the state of employment preferred; CPR certification required. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and care planning systems. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with residents who have varying levels of physical and cognitive needs.
