Team members utilize state of the art technology to keep patients and their families informed and up to date regarding the plan of care. As a nurse on the overnight stay unit at OSP, you will make a difference in every patient’s relief and recovery by providing patient-centered care. You will participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds with therapists, care managers, and providers to ensure your patient is set up for success at discharge.
