Experience in home health care or healthcare management. Knowledge of regulations, accreditation standards, and EMR systems. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical problem-solving. Flexibility for occasional night and weekend hours. Must reside in Kansas. Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline required.
