Job Description Registered Nurse Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more. Principal Accountabilities: (including but not limited to) Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments. Our nurses, many of whom hold a specialty certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing, care for their patients with an emphasis placed on safe, compassionate, and family centered care. Patient acuity can range from low risk patients, who obtain their care from our highly skilled OB and Certified Nurse Midwife providers, to high risk patients, who obtain their care from our Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists. Our full‐time social workers provide care and resources to our patient population for any psychosocial needs during the patient’s stay.
