Duties Description Rochester Psychiatric Center is recruiting an Assistant Director Nursing 1 Psychiatric to function as the Assistant Director of the nursing department. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. Substitution: A master’s degree in nursing may substitute for one year of post-licensure clinical nursing experience; and a doctorate in nursing may substitute for two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience.
