Your responsibilities may include: Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications Storing and handling medications safely and securely Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day.
