Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed Provides skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations. Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload. Provide patient and family education for disease management and health promotion as directed by physician’s plan of treatment. Provide care to the most upmost standard Minimum Qualifications: New York State RN license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support Certification Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr. Administers medications correctly and safely; correctly identifies medication in terms of action, dosage, side effects, and implications for the patient; meets standard on medication administration examination; demonstrates preparation of local solutions. Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed. Previous Experience With Cardiology/Telemetry Highly Preferred.
