Duties and responsibilities, to include; but are not limited to: Utilizes the nursing process by planning, providing and evaluating patient care and completes a written nursing assessment and up-to-date master treatment plan under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Reviews the goals and interventions developed in the master treatment plan with the patient as needed.
