If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you. Job Summary The Nurse Supervisor is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services. Works collaboratively with the Unit Director in supporting clinic operations and patient throughput. Serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for nursing's reputation and performance. The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Nursing is required Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Two (2) out of Three (3) years of leadership experience preferred.
