Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program. As an RN, you will play a key role on our interdisciplinary treatment team, supporting clients through medical monitoring, medication administration, detox protocols, and health education. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of 'direct' and 'indirect' patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs.
