FLSA Status Non-Exempt Job Role Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse, in collaboration with an RN, performs the functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating assigned patient care. This position performs independently advanced skills within area guidelines and after education and demonstration of clinical competency.
