Summary: Accountable for providing a full range of administrative and medical support responsibilities in a community health setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Escorts patients to exam room and prepared for MD or APRN Verifies patient information by interviewing the patient, recording medical history, review of medications, screening tools; confirming purpose of the visit and enters into medical record. Accurately obtains and records vital signs. Performs office procedures including but not limited to CLIA waived point of care testing, EKG, phlebotomy, and spirometry as ordered by a medical provider. Maintains effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow in accordance with agency standards Ensures lab results are reviewed and signed by provider and disseminated as needed. May conduct client education groups and training as directed by provider and/or supervisor. Scope Of Position The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for the coordination and deployment of nursing care resources for the Operating Room.
