Overview Walk-In Clinic Location: Chicago Heights Organization: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group ⸻ Position Overview Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants) to join a high-volume walk-in clinic in Chicago Heights. This role focuses on providing same-day, episodic care for a broad range of acute and non-emergent conditions in an outpatient setting. Providers will work independently and collaboratively within a supportive clinical team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The clinic operates on 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), offering flexible scheduling and extended access to care for the community.
