The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Clinical Quality & Resource Nurse serves as a clinical resource for ICU staff while promoting excellence in patient care through quality improvement initiatives, concurrent chart review, regulatory compliance, documentation auditing, and staff education. Description The Offsite Licensed Practical Nurse I work as a part of the healthcare team by assisting in planning and implementing care interventions while promoting high quality patient care in a professional, efficient and safe manner, ensuring the patient flow. The Offsite LPN provides personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to patients. The Psychiatrist will conduct examinations on patients scheduled by the institution's medical staff.
