What You’ll Do Strategic & Operational Leadership Develop and manage an integrated plan for areas of responsibility that implements the North Puget Sound Service Area’s strategic and operational plan, with established key performance indicators. Monitor, track, and update plans to evaluate effectiveness and support data driven decisions aligned with changing needs and strategic opportunities. Growth & Service Line Development Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in service lines; analyze market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to develop business cases for new initiatives and investments. Financial Stewardship Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of areas of responsibility. Prepare capital equipment and operating budgets in collaboration with service area executives. Monitor operating statements to ensure budgetary goals are met and deviations are understood and addressed. Clinical Integration & Physician Partnership Collaborate with the Chair of Surgery and/or Medical Directors, medical staff, and core leaders to promote coordinated patient care and improved interdisciplinary communication.
