With 68 long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) beds, we offer the same in depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. Our 13-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness and like the LTACH, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Sign on Bonus $10,000 for FT position About the Role We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) with acute care experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine to join our growing team. As a field‑based Advanced Practice Provider, you will independently deliver comprehensive care in patients’ homes—conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, managing treatment plans, and coordinating follow‑up care.
