Job Responsibility Facilitates patient management throughout hospitalization. Performs concurrent utilization management using evidence based medical necessity criteria. Submits data to management regarding case management and/or quality initiatives. Conducts chart review for appropriateness of admission and continued length of stay; Facilitates throughput.
