The Emergency Department offers the opportunity to work with a high variety case mix and acuity for a diverse population of patients. ED orientation is up to 6 months long and is tailored to the individual needs of the employee. They monitor pre and post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.
